It would get stuck through the repairs and would return to the blue screen, but with this time a different code than the rest. The code is 'c0000221 Unknown Hard Error', and it shows up now each time I am brought to a blue screen. I'm assuming it is an issue with the hardware. I called Microsoft and they told me it was my router. I unplugged the router completely, and the computer continues to return to the blue screen. What is a solution to this issue so I can use my computer again? I will appreciate it if you have a solution.
